A two-day event introduced potential customers in the Midwest to Electrolux and our Cook&Chill solution.
Organized by Foodtec Distribution out of Kanas, the event showcased equipment including thawing cabinets, combi ovens, blast chillers, SpeeDelights, and food preparation.
Christopher Sales & Service, a retail-supermarket dealer, and Associated Wholesale Grocers were invited for product education. Dealers, consultants, and operators for retail supermarkets and multiple-unit business were invited to experience Electrolux and learn more about our solutions.
Our team highlighted success stories that we’ve had with the Cook&Chill process in the market as well as demonstrated the versatility of the SpeeDelight and the opportunities presented with the thawing cabinet. The Electrolux team also shared the success stories with other chain accounts.
Mark Ortiz, Head of Foodservice Sales for Electrolux Professional North America, called the two-day event a success.
“We are selling systems and selling packages of equipment that can change their business,” he said.
Attendees from the consulting side told Ortiz that they saw promise with our combi ovens, the SpeeDelight, and our pressure braising pan.
