Returns Policy Effective January 1st, 2018

RMA Procedure:

  • Written authorization is required for return of any standard equipment.
  • Returns without prior authorization by Electrolux Professional will be refused.
  • No RMA’s will be issued after 90 days from date of invoice.

  • When Electrolux authorizes the return of goods, the Buyer shall prepay the shipping charges on such returned goods unless otherwise explicitly stated by Electrolux in its written return authorization.
  • All product must be returned in the original packaging materials in which your purchased products were shipped. This includes but is not limited to components, manuals and instructions.
  • Returned product must be returned prior to RMA expiration date
  • Damaged packaging or packaging with external writing will not be accepted.
  • A restocking charge will be collected on all returned products.
  • All returned products will be subject to inspection and evaluation by our warehouse staff.
  • Damages, defects or missing documentation may result in denial of RA credit.
  • Electrolux Professional is not responsible for lost or damaged product.
  • A hard copy of your RMA must be included with your returned product. Failure to do so may result in delivery refusal.
  • Packages without RMA numbers attached will not be accepted and a return shipping fee will be incurred prior to the item(s) being returned to its place of origin.
  • If the returned product clears inspection, a credit will be processed to your account.

RMA Denial

  • If your unit does not pass inspection, you will be notified of such via email.
  • All the information pertaining to the denial of the return with pictures will be sent to you for documentation purposes.
  • If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will not be eligible for credit under any circumstances.
  • Electrolux Professional will hold products deemed ineligible for return for 15 business days during which the customer may request re-shipment.¬†Customer forfeits right to product or credit if re-shipment instructions are not given within 15 business days.
