Two years ago co-owners of a famous German restaurant chain, Friedemann Findeis and Klaus Rader, started a new adventure with Electrolux Professional: L’Osteria, a completely new way to roll out a chain in Germany.
The first of a series, L’Osteria in Augsburg is a typical Italian restaurant serving fresh made pizza and pasta, antipasti and salads prepared directly in front of the customer.
The layout for the open kitchen was developed by chef Giuseppe Pignataro together with our Electrolux experts.
From the preparation area to the dishwashing area, the entire kitchen is equipped with Electrolux products!
The sturdy Elco 900 cooking line featuring Flower Flame burners with a safety cut-off system to prevent the over-accumulation of gas in the kitchen. The Benefit line refrigerators marked by the highest hygiene standards and the maximum space allocated for storage. As well as the front pizza table with a large working area have all been selected as the ideal solutions for these venues.
The next establishment, opening in September 2009 in Neumarkt/Bavaria, will also feature Electrolux products!
