Located in the Mosae Forum, near the Maastricht Market in Maastricht – Netherlands, Cucina Mosae 100% Gusto is the name that groups together nine different food concepts with a kitchen in the centre. It is a huge complex of 3500m² and it offers its guests a memorable culinary experience.
This food court includes a kitchen with a lunch restaurant and cooking studio, the wine bar, the "anti-pasti" bar, the coffee-bar, the bakery and pastry, the Italian restaurant which can seat 80 people, state-of-the-art training and meeting room and the pasta bar.
In the Cucina Mosae, cooking takes place in front of the public and for this the owner has choosen Electrolux Professional and Molteni appliances. The kichen is equipped with a Thermaline S90 Stove, air-o-steam ovens, Electrolux Professional refrigerated counters, dishwashers and two Molteni stoves.
