THE AID OF TOP LONDON RESTAURANT
When the kitchen at one of London’s leading restaurants suffered a serious fire earlier this summer its owners turned to
ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL, and top London distributor Millers Catering, to get them back in business in time for the capital’s busy tourist season. Santini’s in Ebury Street, SW1 has played
host to some of the world’s most famous faces including ex-United States President Bill Clinton, and actors Sean Connery and
Joan Colins, and prides itself on producing simple Italian food using fresh ingredients unspoiled by elaborate cooking methods.
Astonishingly, just 10 weeks after Santini’s Donatella Pradal made her initial phone call to ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL Business
Development Manager Keith Broadway, the new kitchen had been designed, specified, installed and commissioned. “This is a
stunning example of what can be achieved when a manufacturer and distributor work together in an efficient and prompt way”, says Broadway.
The new kitchen features some of the very latest equipment from ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL including an AIR-O-STEAM® combi oven, a suite of “900 line” cooking equipment, and a WT65E dishwasher as well as Smart refrigeration.

closely with ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL to ensure a successful
programme from design through to completion’. Santini’s has now re opened for business and Laura Santini, who runs the restaurant
started by her father Gino back in 1984 is delighted with the way the whole project has come together.
