Review Cook & Chill systems/processes through a 360o approach touching on Sales, Service, Marketing and Culinary points-of-view. We will also go into deep analysis and training of Cook & Chill using Combis, Blast Chillers and the new Thawing Cabinet and Rethermalizer (as announced during NAFEM Show 2017).
Goal: Once the training is complete, each individual will understand how to sell Cook & Chill using a complete system beyond just traditional Combi Ovens and Blast Chillers.
